Cachaça produced in the municipality of Salinas, State of Minas Gerais, national capital of Cachaça. After production, it is taken to the town of Glaura, district of the historic city of Ouro Preto, State of Minas Gerais and there it is rested and stored in European oak barrels for 6 years at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Sensory analysis: golden yellow, aromatic, dried fruits, apricot, honey, vanilla, touch of oak, acidity, balanced sugar and alcohol, good body, soft, elegant and medium persistence finish.
