Pallet is creamy and full , notes of chocolate covered red fruits and caremel, the vanilla is present bit not overpowering. The rye spice comes thru with a pepery spice more than baking spice. The finish is medium long with a rye spice forward flavor. The after taste is a pleasant apple peal, soft and delicate. Over all a wonderful whisky.
