💭 Tenjaku (天雀) a name taken after the skyfinch (a type of bird). The second Japanese gin in my inventory. The first being Roku. Botanicals include: juniper, orange peel, yuzu, sansho pepper, angelica root, cassia bark, green tea, and peach juice (Taken off the site) It strikes me as a delicate and subtle gin when mixed with tonic water. Perfume like notes, very gentle and light. One can smell the juniper, citrus and peppery notes yet very balanced. It doesn’t overwhelm each other. Overall very pleasant and easy going drink. Les plantes comprennent : le genévrier, l'écorce d'orange, le yuzu, le poivre sansho, la racine d'angélique, l'écorce de cassia, le thé vert et le jus de pêche (retirés du site) Il me semble être un gin délicat et subtil lorsqu'il est mélangé à de l'eau tonique. Notes parfumées, très douces et légères. On y sent des notes de genièvre, d'agrumes et poivrées pourtant très équilibrées. Cela ne se submerge pas. Boisson globalement très agréable et facile à vivre. Recommandé!
