SOFT, FINE AND ELEGANT To be truly quality, a grappa must be made with very fresh pomace, taken and distilled immediately after vinification! For the simple fact that, if this were not the case, they could deteriorate, become moldy and, consequently, cause these defects in the distillate, compromising its aromas, taste and value. Produced with the selected pomace of this typical variety of white grapes, A' Chardonnay is a very fine and elegant brandy, with aromas and a well-defined taste that recall summer flowers and white fruits. Transparent and brilliant, it recalls sensations of dried flowers and broom, raisins, hay and white pepper. On the palate it is soft, fine and harmonious, with a beautiful final persistence. As after a meal, neat or to add to your coffee, alone or with a piece of caprese cake!
