Aroma - typical notes.. Bananas, cherries and caramel. Love the Jack profile! Taste - Follows the nose… bananas, caramel, cherries.. brown sugars… really sweet but very enjoyable Overall - this isn’t complex, this isn’t mind blowing. But this is extremely well done for a BiB product. The flavors are present are bold.. there is very little “subtle” flavors here in my opinion. The viscosity is quite nice for 100 proof and creates a decent coating on the palate. The finish isn’t long but that’s how most 100 proofers go though. For the price, this is really good.. just wish it was 750 instead of 700 ml bottle
