Coral Brasil has been operating since 2012 and through a partnership with the Bel Vedere still from Augusto Pestana/RS, a family company in operation since 1915, it promotes a line of products that serves the bar and restaurant markets, but also consumers of cachaças and quality drinks. The sugarcane used in the production of cachaças and Coral Brasil products is grown in areas close to where the grinding, fermentation and distillation takes place, with every care in handling to obtain an excellent raw material. All stages are monitored by the Coral Brasil team, which collaborates on every detail and guarantees a final quality that highlights its proposal to consumers and connoisseurs, with a unique flavor that combines production processes with modernity and tradition. Highlighting the fact that the founder and Director of Coral Brasil, Pablo Alles Rey, is a Uruguayan who lives in Rio Grande do Sul. A lover of cachaça, he chose to undertake this sector and publicize the qualities of our typical drink through the expansion of the brand, the training of professionals and consumer education, thus expanding the market for quality cachaça and highlighting the possibilities of its use in cocktails and gastronomy. With an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, in June 2020, in the midst of the Covid pandemic, in partnership with the brand Scoop & Spirits Sorvetes Alcoólicos, Coral Brasil launched an application to serve its consumers and fans. Prata is recommended for drinks, cocktails such as caipirinha. Cachaça Coral Brasil Prata and also Blue are recommended for drinks and cocktails such as caipirinha.
