Nose: Fruit (cherry, grape), vanilla, oak are all present on the nose. I do get some small notes of Nuts. Palate: Nose translates fairly well. Predominately rasberries, peanuts, and rye spice. Oak and Vanilla are more subtle. Finish: The mouthfeel on this one is nicer than other whiskeys in its price range. The finish could be longer and have a little more flavor but not unpleasant by any means, the peanut flavor stands out here more. Overall could definitly see this being a daily sipper type whiskey. Almost like a mix between Buffalo Trace and Jim Beam in a good way.
