Very complex tasting experience. There are different and unique notes on both the nose and taste every time I go back to this bourbon. Most prevalent on the nose are a fruity note that has peach and citrus characteristics. Those notes give way to hints of vanilla, caramel and milk chocolate. Notes from the nose are prevalent on the palate. Complex evolution on the palate as I experience lots of peach and vanilla on the front, with chocolate and caramel on the mid-palate and a spicy tobacco and leathery finish that lingers. Barrell Vantage offers a different experience everytime I go back to it with different notes coming to forefront with each tasting.
