Palate is sweet on the initial sip with caramel and banana notes coming through. Mid-palate features some cherry notes that evolves into leather, cinnamon and rye spice. There is a surprising bit of heat being 95 proof that brings about a drying finish that lasts for a medium length.

Mid-palate has notes of pepper, oak and leather that brings a dryness and bitterness to a short and mild finish.

Nose is pretty nondescript with very light notes of caramel, vanilla and apple. Also get some sweet corn and ethanol on the nose. Palate is initially sweet with typical bourbon notes of vanilla and caramel. Get a punch of heat from the proof and some bitter oak on the mid-palate. Finish has a peppery, leathery, numbing dryness to it that lingers.

Nose has aromas of cherry, vanilla, cola and oak. Palate is pretty traditional bourbon flavors with vanilla being the primary note that I get and butterscotch to lesser degree. Mid-palate introduces an oakiness that evolves into baking spices, leading to a peppery finish that is medium in length.

Apple, vanilla, caramel and raisin are the primary notes I get on the nose. Front palate is sweet with notes of caramel and vanilla. Midpalate evolves to feature chocolate mint notes. Finish lasts a medium to long length with some heat and spice.
