Tastes

Nose is sweet and rich with notes of cinnamon, cherry, caramel and oak. Front of the palate is sweet featuring some of the caramel and cherry notes from the nose. Also get some vanilla on the initial sip as well. Mid-palate features quite a bit of heat and cinnamon, almost like a Red Hot candy. Finish presents primarily leather notes with an oaky funk, but there is a little nuttiness to it as well. There is a lot of heat on the finish that provides a drying and numbing quality that lasts for a medium to long length.

Nose is sweet with notes of vanilla, honey, citrus, apple and caramel. Front of the palate is predominately vanilla and caramel. Flavor evolves to an oakiness, pepper and leather. Finish has a salty and drying quality that lingers for a medium length.

Nose is sweet and light with notes of apple, vanilla and caramel up front. Deeper into the nose there is a cinnamon candy note and a hint of leather. First sip is full of vanilla and caramel. Mid-palate has notes of pepper, oak and leather that brings a dryness and bitterness to a short and mild finish.

Nose is pretty nondescript with very light notes of caramel, vanilla and apple. Also get some sweet corn and ethanol on the nose. Palate is initially sweet with typical bourbon notes of vanilla and caramel. Get a punch of heat from the proof and some bitter oak on the mid-palate. Finish has a peppery, leathery, numbing dryness to it that lingers.

Nose has aromas of cherry, vanilla, cola and oak. Palate is pretty traditional bourbon flavors with vanilla being the primary note that I get and butterscotch to lesser degree. Mid-palate introduces an oakiness that evolves into baking spices, leading to a peppery finish that is medium in length.

Apple, vanilla, caramel and raisin are the primary notes I get on the nose. Front palate is sweet with notes of caramel and vanilla. Midpalate evolves to feature chocolate mint notes. Finish lasts a medium to long length with some heat and spice.

Nose is rich and full of chocolate and roasted peanuts with a hint of cinnamon. Front of the pallet is predominantly chocolate with some some vanilla. As the pallet evolves I get the peanut note from the nose. The finish brings some notes of espresso. There is spice and heat that brings a drying quality to the finish that lingers for a long length.
