This bottle was opened in April 2024, but the whisky is very old, as the label and the bottle itself are very different from the current commercially available presentation.

Cutty 12 has been around since the 1960s. They used the same style of bottle for twenty years or more but the label varied widely. One constant (kind of) was that earlier bottlings had a red "12" printed on the ship's sail, and the stopper was gold coloured. Later ones did not have the red "12" and the stopper was black. I'd take a guess that this is from the mid-to-late 1970s or 1980s, but this was available in export markets long after it ceased to be avaiable in the UK, so it's hard to say for sure. This old blend is, however, completely different to the recently released Cutty Sark 12.
