Initial pours. Smells and tastes like everything spent too long under flame. Burnt brown sugar, burnt oak, even the baking spices seem crispy. Quite hot. I needed an ice cube. Hopefully this will calm down with some oxidation.
7/7/24 Three months ooen. The burnt notes have dissipated, heat has calmed down. Notes remain the same, but more enjoyable.
