Coming back to try another review a few years into my whiskey journey. Nose - a fruity sweetness from first blush - Apple notes, a bit floral Palate - delicate, sweet, vanilla. No sharp edges here. Very mild, very balanced - Feint cinnamon spice Finish - very light burn that doesn’t stick around. Short finish There’s just not enough here for me. I like uniqueness, bold flavor, and higher proof. There nothing offending in Buffalo trace but also nothing remarkable.
