Nose is definitely recognizable as thyme without being overpowering. Neat, this Liqueur is very sweet, with the peppery herbally taste of thyme. It is not something I would sip on its own, and it definitely is a more subtle liqueur. I’ll be experimenting with it in gin and tequila based drinks.
