Taken: Neat in a lowball glass Nose: Vanilla, caramel, with a bit of zesty citrus note. Taste: Sweet maple flavor, touch of spice, oak flavor towards the back of the palate. Finish: Smooth, the sweetness fades quickly but a touch of spice lingers for a while. Overall: Aroma is excellent, to the point that the flavors (which are still excellent) are almost less enticing than the aroma. Still, an amazing pour.
