Cachaça Sagrada is produced in Bom Jesus do Amparo, Minas Gerais. In the Minas Gerais vocabulary, there is a very popular expression that is “to eat praying”, used to refer to those foods that take the palate to true ecstasy. When the founders of the cachaçaria decided to produce their own cachaça, they wanted it to be the kind you could drink while praying. A true saga began there, which went through the research phase, the search for a location close to the best sugar cane plantations, the construction of perfect facilities to produce top quality spirits, and the hiring of crushing specialists. and distillation and wort treatment. All these criteria were established under strict quality and hygiene control, complying with legislation standards. Cachaça Sagrada Carvalho and Amburana Herança 700ml is produced through a blend. Stored in oak and amburana barrels, it has an alcohol content of 40%. It has a lighter flavor and the delicious aroma of oak, a traditional wood used to store and age distilled beverages. Its name alludes to the ancient, almost sacred habit of drinking a dose of cachaça. It is also a tribute to the city where the drink is manufactured and to its patron saint, Bom Jesus do Amparo. The two producers also promise to religiously follow the recipe to produce the best Craft Cachaça. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional
