Pale amber in color with a pleasant, nutty smell. Tingly with lots of sparkly spice, but caramel-sweet in the back of the palate. Very vanilla-forward to the extent that drinking a lot of it near might be overwhelming; supposedly, it’s a wonderful cocktail ingredient.
