I'm not too well versed in the sake world. So I figured I'd experiement with something new rather than the usual hot one they offer at hibachi places. This offering was served cold and tasted rather smooth. You get the usual rice wine flavor, but with hints of a fruity essence. Sweetness was subtle. Slight nutty note detected as well. Not bad overall. It paired nicely with the cuisine.

Yes! I had a mixed sashimi appetizer prior to the hibachi entree and loved the pairing.
@Spirited_Away I prefer to drink the Nigori style sake when I eat sushi. This is one of my favorites.
