An intense, elegant, cask strength, Brandy by PM Spirits crafted with a blend of ‘ghost grapes’: Plant de Graisse, Mauzac Blanc, Meslier St Francois, Jurancon Blanc, Mauzac Rose & Clairette de Gascogne that is aged in estate grown oak barrels before being bottled at 52% ABV. Upon opening one was greeted by an almost unbearable aroma of grappa pomace & sourdough starter! It tamed after cellaring for two weeks! It has a wonderous, aromatic birth with notes of stewed orchard fruits, wood, flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich & inviting life adds notes of fruit skins, quince paste, lemon grass, apple blossoms & linden tree blossoms; that led to a long & warm death with notes of oak, wildflower honey & youthful Rhum Agricole.
