A complex, organic, gluten free, Agave Spirit by NOM: 1614 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico 2x distilled in Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil; then aged for 9 months in American oak barrels before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, dried fruit, nut, herbs & spices; while a medicinal life adds notes of apple, olive & maple; that led to a complex death of medium length adding notes of white pepper, oak, vanilla, coconut & cinnamon.
