A concentrated, herbal, aperitif / cordial from Lebanon 'made from special varieties of sweet mountain grapes, which are crushed, fermented, & then distilled over a low fire, then aged & mellowed for at least 6 months.'
It has an intense aromatic birth with notes of herbs & spices; a concentrated life adds notes of aniseed (black licorice); that leads to a long & rich death with hints of green herbs.
