Nose: fruity, bottle doesnt say theres sherry cask here but it smells like theres some. Salted caramel. Ocean spray. Candied dark cherry, cocoa. John says model airplane glue.
Palate: beautiful. Rich. Fruity. Smooth. Berries. Caramel, prominet baking spices.
As it transitions to finish the sweetness dips a bit and the oaky wood spice comes out.
Finish: oak, slight umami, salinity.
