A complex, herbal aperitif / cordial by Copper & Kings Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky a double distillation of superior, highly aromatic wine using Vendome copper pot stills made with traditional herbs: anise, fennel & wormwood; non-chill filtered & bottled at 65% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of candied licorice; while a creamy & fruity life adds notes of apple, golden raisin, must & tobacco; that leads to a mellow & earthy death with hints of cinnamon, black pepper, mint, orange zest & copper.
