A delicate, Irish Whiskey by Dunville's (originally Spirit of Belfast founded in 1808) that is a blend of pot still, malt & grain whiskeys made with the family's recipe from local organic barley; aged in ex-bourbon casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, grain, nut, wood & spices; a rich & balanced life adds notes of freshly baked bread, toasted malt, vanilla bean, pear, citrus, almonds & oak; that leads to a long & herbal death.
