Nose: Chocolate, burnt sugar, vanilla, oak, and ethanol. Palate: Caramel, rye spice, and something i woulc call sweet barrel tannins. Excellent flavor profile. Overall: Great whiskey. Drinks a little bit above 100 proof, but the flavor and finish is fantastic. The high rye content plays in my favor.
