Still Austin The Musician Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon
Bourbon — Texas, USA
Reviewed April 1, 2024 (edited April 26, 2024)Nose: Musty oak, floral, chocolate, and a bright fruit note. Palate: Caramel, cherry, black peper, and leather. Finish is long with a fight between vanilla and bakikg spice. Super sweet, but balanced by the learher and spice notes. Overall: I am a big fan of this whiskey. Like my last review, I am incredibly impressed since this age statement is minimum of 2 years. However, I believe the Texas heat provides a quicker aging process and the team down at Still Austin have done an excellent job with grain selection. Would highly reccomend.80.0 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More
