A rich, aged Rum by Santos Dumont Spirits in Brazil made from sugar cane honey; aged for a minimum of six years in a mixture of used Pedro Ximénez, Port & bourbon casks.
It has an aromatic & floral birth with notes of runny honey & pineapple; while a rich life adds notes of Cointreau, ripe plum, brown butter & vanilla toffee; that leads to a warm & smooth death with notes of caramel, coconut, chocolate, biscuit & a hint of cassia spiciness. October 2019 / May 2020
