An elegant, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky by John Glaser in collaboration with The Spaniard bar in Greenwich Village, New York. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & fruity life adds notes of ripe blood orange, pears poached in red wine, sponge cake with berries, vanilla panna cotta, mint & hints of fresh malt & Sherry wine; that led to a balanced death of medium length adding notes of lemon zest, dried cherries, oak, almond, cinnamon, & chocolate chip-raisin cookies.
