A balanced, Agave Spirit by Destilería Sacrificio in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, Mexico crafted with 50% Agave Espadin (Angustifolia How) & Agave Barril (Karwinskii). They are cooked, grinded & fermented together; aged in 1/2 toasted French Oak for 1 year before being bottled at 45% ABV. It as an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, smoke, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of lemon, orange, dried fig, prune, vanilla & caramel; that led to a dry death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, clove, brown sugar, sweet chocolate & coffee.
