*** CHRIS FLETCHER PICK 2021 *** Nose - Thats a nuttier jack nose. I like it. Feels more complex. Palate - Ooo nice job fletch. This is nice. Definitely more oaky and nuttier than a normal sib bp. Def has some sweeter apple notes that are dancing around that proof. Its done like a classic bourbon almost thats high proof. Finish - Lots oak and cinnamon at the end. Has some vanillas but its light. This is a solid one i like it.
