In Balneário Piçarras, on the coast of the State of Santa Catarina, the still that produces Cachaça Casa Petro is located. From the juice carefully extracted from sugarcane, cachaça is born, which springs from the family vocation, which began in the 40s and spans generations, associated with the tradition of Santa Catarina. In 2018, Casa Petro Alambique was created by the union of the Petters and Romani Families. A modern still, with a beautiful structure, built with cutting-edge equipment. An Alembic created especially to welcome drink lovers, taking interaction from the production process to tasting. Cachaça Ouro, also known as Cachaça Amarela, is a Brazilian distilled drink, stored in French oak barrels. This process gives the cachaça a golden color and unique flavor nuances. French oak, with its finer fibers and tighter pores, provides a complex interaction between the drink and the wood, resulting in soft notes of vanilla, spices and even subtle touches of dried fruits. Maturation in this premium wood adds layers of complexity and depth to the cachaça's profile, making it a beloved choice among connoisseurs and connoisseurs. Source: Casa Petro webiste.
