Encomenda Real was born from the meeting of friends Leonam Pereira and Vinícius Amadei. In 2006, both entered the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) to pursue a degree in pharmacy. Classmates soon saw their friendship grow. In 2011, the project began to take shape, with the purchase of the first mill and still. On Leonam's family farm, in Cruzília, in the south of Minas, their vision began to take shape and, later, reached the market. The name Encomenda Real was born as a tribute to the Estrada Real region. Cachaça Encomenda Real Ouro 700ml is a drink stored for one year in European oak barrels. Light, has an alcohol content of 38%. The high quality of the product is due to the rigorous monitoring of manufacturing, which goes from planting the sugar cane to rigorous quality tests after distillation in a copper still.
