Alambique do Coronel was born from the old dream of owner Emiliano Vital de Souza. Upon acquiring a rural property in the city of Taquaraçu de Minas, Roça do Coronel, the dream gave way to a detailed and audacious project. Then came Cachaças Engenho do Coronel. Cachaças are produced without the use of pesticides and in an artisanal way, in a copper still. Each stage of manufacturing is monitored by the veteran founding colonel and a still maker. The concept of total quality is present from the beginning of sugarcane planting to distribution logistics, with everything being planned with the aim of delivering to the consumer a product of excellence, with an unparalleled flavor and aroma. Cachaça Engenho do Coronel Amburana e Carvalho 1000ml is a drink produced through a blend. Stored for two and a half years in oak and amburana barrels, it has an alcohol content of 40%. It has a slight touch of softness and sweetness, as well as a charming perfume, giving the cachaça a fine and irresistible taste. The name is a reference to producer Emiliano Vital de Souza, a retired colonel from the Minas Gerais Military Police who, since his adolescence, learned from his father how to identify quality Artisanal Cachaças. Sensory notes: golden yellow color, almost caramel, has a mix of sweet, woody and spicy aromas. On the palate, it has a sweet taste. Furthermore, it causes a velvety sensation in the mouth. Pleasant and strong aftertaste. Source Cachaçaria Nacional.
