Finally cracking this bottle. On the nose it smells like it’s about to be real smooth ha. Notes of grain, caramel, spice, slight clove, black pepper, chili. Palate it’s very smooth and easy drinking with notes of cinnamon and mint. Lil side of lamb stew 👩‍🍳
