The nose is spectacular in fruit and sugars. Pineapple, peaches, mango, banana, orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla pod, butterscotch, and toasted caramel are all present. On the palate the sugars hit immediately coating the roof of the mouth, the tongue, and teeth. Salivation is almost instantaneous, causing the want, no, the need for the next sip. A perfect offering for an after dinner drink to sip and reflect on the day's events. Should be 20 proof points higher and this would be on my all time favorites list.
