An elegant, Single Malt Irish Whiskey by the Glendalough Distillery in Ireland aged for 13 years in ex-Bourbon casks & then finish it in virgin mizunara oak puncheons. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Vanilla ice cream, toffee chunks, orange oil, pine resin, apricot, rolled oats, toasted almond & oak; while a rich & nutty life adds notes of mango, cedar, honey, flowers, warm baking spices, pecan, dark chocolate-coated Brazil nuts & espresso; that leads to a long & spicy death with notes of Mexican cocoa & caramel.
