An intense, twenty-first century gin made with juniper, Scots pine, fresh grapefruit peel, fresh lemon peel, coriander seed, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, Thai lemon grass, pink peppercorn, kaffir lime leaf, mace, almond & lavender flower.
It opens with notes of juniper berries, lemongrass & Kaffir lime leaf; a medium body with notes of zest, delicate spice, coriander, pink peppercorns & mace; while finishing complex with notes of citrus fruits, lavender, delicate floral sweetness & Scots pine.
