A creamy, Amber Rum by Brett Vander Kamp & Jason Spaulding founders of New Holland Brewery / Distillery in Holland, Michigan made from molasses & cane sugar that are fermented on-site, pot-distilled twice, then aged for 6 months in wine, Whiskey & fresh barrels.
It has a delicate birth with notes of oak, caramel, vanilla, apple & a hint of tropical fruits; while a rich & complex life adds notes of dark sugar, caramel, dried fruits, wine & oak spices; that leads to a long & creamy death with notes of fruits, spices & caramel. January 2021
