A rich, Spiced Rum from the US Virgin Islands made by combining yeasts, molasses, water & mash, distilled in a continuous still. The rum is aged for up to 1 year followed by the addition of spices & flavors indigenous to the Caribbean Islands. It has an aromatic birth with notes of molasses & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramel & vanilla; that leads to rich death of medium length. December 2021
