Chateau de Lacquy Reference Bas-Armagnac
Cognac — Armagnac, France

A delicate, Bas-Armagnac by Gilles De Boisséson & his children in Gascogne, France. The youngest distillate in the blend matured for 19 years before being blended & matured for an additional two years in 420-liter French oak barrels.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of dried & fresh fruits, wildflowers & baking spices; while a rich & juicy life adds notes of grape juice, candied prunes, cinnamon sticks, vanilla & apple compote; that led to a delicate & refreshing death of medium length with hints of fresh prunes, caramel, brown sugar & oak.
