Cachaça Quiridhuz is produced in the mountains of Caldas da Imperatriz, in Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, by the Emperor's mill that respects the centuries-old traditions of quality cachaças. Its name is a tribute to the Florianopolitan dialect, popularly known as “manezinho da island” or even “manezês”, is the form of the Portuguese language used by the native of Florianópolis, capital of Santa Catarina. The Florianopolitan dialect is also heard in the municipalities neighboring the capital, although with some particularities. This speech is the result of the union of the Portuguese of the Azoreans and, to a lesser extent, Madeirans who arrived in the mid-18th century with the already somewhat "indigenized" Portuguese of the Vincentians and Saints, São Paulo natives who already inhabited the Island of Santa Catarina, where it is located. the capital. Cachaça Quiridhuz is a distillate of sugarcane juice must, naturally fermented and stored in noble wood barrels. The sugar cane used in manufacturing is a selected variety, organically grown in the granite mountains near Serra do Tabuleiro. It is the real Brazilian Caipirinha cachaça.
Ideal for all types of drinks based on fresh fruit, macerated or in the form of juices. Perfect to be consumed neat and cold, straight from the freezer. Also ideal to accompany snacks, fresh cheeses, white meats and seafood. Source: Cachaça Quiridhuz.
