Tiquira is an artisanal alcoholic drink typical of some states in northeastern Brazil (Maranhão, Piauí[1] and Ceará). With a strong alcohol content and generally purple in color, it is obtained through the artisanal distillation of fermented cassava (not industrialized), and is commonly found in regional product markets. This producer used Tiquira as a base and produced the mixed alcoholic drink called ARIUQIT, lighter and smoother, pleasant and easy to drink. Dye was used to give it a purple, aromatic, fruity and associated aromas and flavors.
