An elegant, Agave Spirit by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel, aged up to 6 months in a blend of American white oak, French oak & French acacia casks before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, fruits, flowers, wood, earth, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of bergamot, banana, vanilla, honey & orange blossoms; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of cocoa, pepper, cinnamon & caramel.
