An elegant, Agave Spirit by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel, aged for approximately 18 months in 4 bespoke casks -- American white oak, French oak, acacia & cherry before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, dried fruits, flowers, wood, earth, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of cherry, pineapple, butterscotch & orange blossoms; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of pepper, oak, cocoa, cinnamon, coffee & tobacco.
