A balanced, Bourbon by Jim Beam Distillery in Kentucky aged for four years in new American oak & has quite a high percentage of rye in the mash bill. It has a smooth birth with notes of port, woody vanilla & caramel; while a slightly sweet life adds notes of corn & rye; that led to a spicy death with notes of oak, smoke & cola. July 2022
