Terra do Zebu brand Cachaças are produced, stored, aged and bottled by Engenho Chapadão de Minas, founded in 2010 in the city of Uberaba – M.G., located in a noble and privileged region for agriculture in the Triângulo Mineiro, called the “Chapadão” region. of the Triângulo Mineiro”, the high altitude, the characteristics of the climate and soil, the agricultural management and the use of biological control, provide excellent production and quality of sugar cane. Engenho Chapadão de Minas produces cachaça by hand, respecting all the requirements of the Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices in all manufacturing, storage, aging and packaging processes. Cachaça Terra do Zebu Cerejeira 700ml is originally rested in Dorna de Jequitibá for a period of 6 months, and subsequently stored for 2 to 3 years in Dornas de Cerejeira. Its color is yellowish and golden, similar to the tones of this noble Brazilian wood originating from the Amazon region. The drink is smooth, soft, slightly sweet and fruity, bringing with it a touch of spices reminiscent of wood. It has 40% alcohol content
