Brown sugar, leather and browned butter stand out upon first whiff of the glencairn. Soon after delicious aromas of crème brûlée and maple candied bacon appear.
On the palate, there are cherry, cinnamon and oak which eventually gives a nice, long hug on the way down. Some lingering leather, plum and raisin finish it off.
