Nose: caramel, cinnamon, lightly fruity, earthy dusty sherry. Classic redbreast shortbread.
Palate: sweet, definitely getting the PX and oloroso influence. Berry jam, orange zest. Caramel. Wood spice. Nice malt elements. Shortbread, lightly buttery. Very well balanced, not syrupy.
Finish: woody, warm, baking spice.
