Cachaça Mineiriana is produced on Estrada Real, in Ipoema, a bucolic district of Itabira, in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais, a Brazilian province famous for producing cachaça. A small production made so that, when opening the bottle, the consumer can feel all the terroir. It is aged for two years in oak barrels Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. A pleasant distillate, with balanced sweetness and an aroma reminiscent of chocolate, vanilla, toasty notes. Cachaça Mineiriana Carvalho is produced through a blend. Aged for three years in European and American oak barrels, it has an alcohol content of 40%. Quite complex, it offers aromas of chestnuts, spices and vanilla that evolve throughout the dose.
