Age & grain composition cannot be guaranteed & that means in certain jurisdictions it can’t even be called “Whiskey.” It has a delicate birth with notes of dried fruit, grain, mint & overripe peach; while a spicy life adds notes of sandalwood, baking spices, pepper & a hint of butterscotch; that leads to a tingling & brisk death with notes of corn & rye.
