An intense, Calvados style Apple Brandy by Colin Keegan founder of Santa Fe Spirits Distillery in New Mexico made with local organic ingredients aged for a minimum of 10 months in new American oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of apple peel, vanilla, fruit, cinnamon, hints of oak, pepper & leather; while a fresh & mellow life adds notes of apples, more oak, vanilla & cinnamon; that leads to a spicy death of medium length with notes of oak & black pepper.
